The Surface Transportation Supplier Diversity, and Inclusion team is seeking a Certification Specialist to lead the diversity certification program for Amazon's transportation network. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive our Supplier DEI initiatives forward. This position will be responsible for managing the diversity certification program in the US and Canada, including identifying eligible suppliers, validating and tracking certifications, developing reports, and leveraging analytical skills to identify and communicate certification trends and metrics. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
