Key job responsibilitiesDaily Email Coding• Code, build and test email communications and push notifications• Set up, test, QA and launch dynamic content • Monitor active campaigns daily and quickly troubleshoot to resolve errors• Design emails and fix issues utilizing HTML/CSS and SFMC developer tools• Refresh and modernize existing email templates on an ad-hoc basis• Manage calendar across multiple campaigns to ensure on-time delivery, progression of messaging, etc.• Execute A/B tests to continuously improve performance across email and push notifications• Serve as SFMC technical expert to optimize reporting, targeting, acquisition and retention opportunitiesTriggers and Automations• Develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys• Create and modify automations to improve personalization and further business needs• Optimize and create automated segments Email Database Management• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements• Manage email database, including merge, purge, dedupe, append, etc• Work with Data Engineers and vendors to ensure data synchronization with other related databases• Work with Tech and Data Engineers to ensure data synchronization between internal systems and SalesforceProject Management • Provide recommendations during project discovery and planning based on existing infrastructure• Partner with Business Stakeholders and Technology to establish and define business, technical and functional requirements and estimates during project planning• Participate in working sessions with peers to review design specifications• Collaborate with technical consultants in the development and integration of new applications• Partner with the team to identify opportunities and new ideas for testing, personalizing, or launching new lifecycle campaigns to increase customer engagement and spendBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Bachelor's degree- 1-2 years of experience coding- Knowledge of HTML with ability to code emails- Strong attention to detail, debugging, and problem-solving skills- Knowledge/experience in using API services- Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) – Salesforce a bonus- Excellent project management skills including multi-tasking, prioritization and organization- Hands-on, "get-it-done," results-driven and self-starter mentality ...
