Key job responsibilities• Learn to coach, manage and develop a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates• Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an intern project • Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours• Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
