Global Procurement Centralized Services (GPCS) is seeking an Operations Manager to drive key initiatives across our global organization. You will be responsible for managing a large team of associates and managers and delivering results for our business partners. You will work with partners at sites and with category managers and vendors to drive non-inventory supply readiness to hundreds of Amazon sites. You will work cross functionally across Global Procurement Operations (GPO) pillars including Category, Supplier Management, and Site Procurement while partnering with operations and suppliers to balance risk and efficiency in our global supply chain. This role will be required to invent and simplify and continually rethink how we manage inventory, execute our processes, raise our level of service for customers, and insist on the highest standards in developing our team.
