About the Role

This is a critical product leadership position within our Platforms and Services Organization, responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our Identity, Security, Data Platform, and Enterprise Product Technology portfolios. As the Senior Product Manager, Platform you will enhance customer trust by creating delightful user experiences that secure user data and support internal teams in maintaining the safety of all our users.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and supporting their professional growth. Your strategic vision and execution will shape the user experience from the very first touchpoint ensuring products align with customer needs, our goals, and data security best practices. Your leadership will help maintain the integrity and security of our user data.

You Will
- Oversee the Registration and Authentication experience on Twitch; ensuring a seamless, secure, and delightful account creation process that drives growth and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business partners, to define and prioritize product roadmaps and feature requirements for the Registration and Authentication experiences.
- Lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the Enterprise Product Technology and Data Platform portfolios, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Work closely with the senior leadership to align product initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or formal mentorship role.
- Experience in user authentication, data security, and privacy best practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (e.g., design, legal), and guide the team through key milestones.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building and leading a high-performing team of product managers.
- Experience in building and managing data-enabled products.
- Experience building platforms or integrating operational and data systems, particularly data systems that deal with streaming data or large-scale data aggregation.
- Experience working closely with Senior and C-level executives to develop product strategy.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
