In this role, your design work has a direct impact on the lives of millions of Amazonians, helping them address their HR needs efficiently while still feeling personal and human.We're looking for a Senior UX Designer with a passion for improving the customer experience and driving high-visibility programs. In this role, you will lead the design vision, strategy and execution of customer experiences that get upstream and are created to scale. You’ll advocate for accessible design and work backwards from customer problems and needs.
