SIERRA is a horizontal, multi-disciplinary organization within GTMC, with a mission to be a force multiplier for the broader GTMC organization and our key customer cohorts. The team's portfolio spans foundational data sources, metrics, and research through to finished features and products that our end-customers interact with on a daily basis.Key job responsibilities* Understand user needs and effectively translate into product and technical requirements* Define the vision and product roadmap for GenAI product capabilities * Lead requirement gathering (e.g., writing business requirement documents), partner with UX design, science, and engineering on the end-to-end product development lifecycle* Drive consensus and alignment with leadership and business stakeholders * Define success metrics, leverage system and clickstream data to understand product performance and user behaviors, and provide recommendations and insights on product and performance improvements* Proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms that make the customer experience visible and ensure product(s) stay aligned with business goals* Collaborate closely with product management peers and technical leadership to identify and capitalize on opportunities for GenAI integration and innovationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services ...
