In starting-up this team, you will develop policies, products, and processes that focus on giving our shipping customers feedback mechanisms that improve their experience, cost, and quality with our service. As a Senior Manager, you will lead and grow a dynamic and complex space that links our customers, our business, operations, and our support teams together, holding a high bar with regard to customer obsession and operational performance. As a leader of this new function, you will play a lead role in defining and refining standards across a range of shipping functions that we will relay back to shippers through the creation of easy-to-consume shipper analytics.
