Key job responsibilities- Conduct deep dives to derive insights identifying gaps and risk in current mechanisms, financial systems, and policies- Work with Engineering and cross-functional partner teams on SOX, Privacy, Disaster Recovery, and Automation initiatives that impact Finance Technology- Define the metrics, and analytics to quantify impact and surface area of risk and drive efforts to reduce those risks.- Communicate issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner to all level of leaderships.- Write documents to share with partner teams and leadership team to provide progress update, propose new solutions, and drive alignment among stakeholders- Plan and manage multiple parallel projectsAbout the teamThe FinTech R&I team strengthens controllership by mitigating financial compliance (SOX), and technology, risks introduced by applications and services built by FinTech. The team consists of risk practitioners that manage compliance for 500+ services, SOX applications, and controls. We work with engineering teams and partner controllership risk teams to identify FinTech system dependencies that help us proactively manage risks, security, implement controls, and remediate audit issues. We also leverage our risk management and financial compliance subject matter expertise to support controllership and security tools development.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems or a related field.8+ years of risk management, security, compliance, or IT audit.
