This role is focused on transformation - leading some of the most ambiguous, complex, and strategic programs across GREF. In this role you will play a pivotal role in developing new capabilities, activating strategic initiatives, developing PRFAQs, and reimagining and reinventing processes in close partnership with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a self-motivated, ownership-minded, and nimble Senior Design Program Manager to be a force-multiplier for our Global Transformation + Insights team, amplifying our efforts and impact.

Key job responsibilities

Apply systems and design thinking to work backwards from the customer, apply Learn and Be Curious to fully understand and dimensionalize a problem statement, provide recommendations on scope and resourcing, and develop and execute roadmaps to lead times from "as-is" to the ideal "to-be" state
* Contribute to key project decision-making, including: insights coordination, customer journey mapping, requirements gathering, roadmap development, resource allocation, process design, coordination of teams and reviews
* Program manage key programs
* Lead GTI delivery in partnership with functional leads. Remove obstacles, coordinate reviews with stakeholders and leadership, communicate team status
* Act as a bridge between GREF and other stakeholder teams - potentially partnering across global and regional teams ranging from Customer Insights, to Creative, to Finance, to Design & Construction, to Occupancy Planning
* Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the customer needs versus business goals and technical constraints
* Implement durable and repeatable processes
* Standardize, socialize, and continuously improve our user-centered design process
* Enable creative solutions by leveraging design and business acumen, high judgement, and knowledge of business and customer experience best practices
* Define success metrics and be responsible for ensuring their implementation and identifying supporting system and reporting requirements are in place to enable
* Promote a sense of transparency, visibility, and community among our teams
* Navigate and prioritize evolving initiatives in a fast-paced environment
