They must be skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions, while also maintaining a consultative approach to identify global opportunities and alternate solutions.
The Technology Enablement Specialist must navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, building consensus and alignment across the organization, including with senior leaders. They should possess an understanding of the technology ecosystem, allowing them to assess the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions and advocate for the most impactful initiatives. Furthermore, the candidate should have experience in data-driven decision making, leveraging metrics and analytics to inform their recommendations and drive continuous improvement, with the ability to effectively present these insights to executive stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
* Intake and Prioritization:
* Provide guidance and transparency through the intake process, empowering teams to identify precise problem statements, identify areas of opportunity for global reach, and calculate accurate entitlements.
* Manage the prioritization of tech requests, involving leadership to ensure alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.
* Develop and refine the intake prioritization processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Tech Solution Delivery:
* Guide the team on requirements gathering (i.e. scoping and discovery), vendor coordination (where applicable), and data integration. Lead trade-off discussions and process changes where necessary.
* Manage the rhythm of business cycles to align customer, High Volume Hiring Technology (HVH-Tech) and Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA) teams delivery needs. This include the OP1/OP2 process, building work backward plans, and circulating flash reports on status updates.
* Stakeholder Alignment:
* Partner closely with cross-functional leaders and customers to understand strategic goals and operational challenges, advocating for solutions on their behalf where appropriate.
* Develop and manage SLAs with key partners to exceed customer expectations.
* Communicate process standards to customers, ensuring tech roadmaps have no disruption and prioritization aligns with their goals and initiatives.
* Performance Tracking:
* Define and track key metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of tech enablement efforts, continuously refining processes and reporting. Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and drive enhancements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, program/project management, or a related field
* Expertise in using data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive global process enhancements
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to build consensus and drive alignment
* Experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, as well as agile project management and technology implementation expertise.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience developing and implementing HR and marketing specific technology platforms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
