The successful candidate will have a track record of; 1) leading end-to-end strategic Customer onboarding and technical integration plans within Ecommerce which span cross-functional teams, 2) building relationships and partnering across multiple functions to deliver results (including but not be limited to Sales/ Account Management, Solutions Architects, Program and Operations), 3) owning internal as well as Customer facing operating procedures, with a continuous lens on process improvement., 4) demonstrating strong customer obsessions through driving process improvement and advocating for the customer as part of internal reviews.
Key job responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on the MCF Customer onboarding journey and technical integration aspects (including APIs and third part applications)
- Own strategic merchant end-to-end customer onboarding and technical integration plans
- Own issue escalations related to onboarding, integration and APIs with program ownership of any resulting actions
- Lead deep dives on customer onboarding related problems and root cause analysis
- Develop customer onboarding operating procedures and lead process improvement programs
- Develop and lead trainings for Customer onboarding
- Report on customer onboarding progress
- Lead technical engagement partnering with 3P App Developers
- Consolidate international customer feedback and requirements related to onboarding, API and integrations to influence the MCF Product development roadmap

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience in working with customer launches and/or solution management.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale implementation projects.
- Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain knowledge.
- ECommerce domain knowledge

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
