Key job responsibilities
Orchestrate the engagement and collaboration between IT departments and suppliers, as well as other internal operations teams.
• Enhance vendor participation by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Service Technologies and program opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in synthesizing data, identifying root causes, and devising actionable solutions to address challenges and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, training, and documentation activities across various projects.
• Define new processes and procedures for efficient operations.
• Play a key role in overall project management, including time estimation and resource scheduling.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of vendors including weekly status calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage risk issue escalation and resolution.
• Demonstrate drive to execute projects both within and outside the Business Units.
• Review deliverables and assigned tasks to the team, ensuring on-time delivery with zero downtime and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain agreements, ensuring compliance through metric development, analysis, and reporting.
• Drive corrective actions with partners through comprehensive reporting and training.
• Oversee onboarding of technicians, coordinate training sessions, and contribute to the development of documentation specific to ITS On-Premise.
• Manage purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and maintain finance records.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
