In this role, you will work with a team of engineers developing new Linear (Live TV) experiences for Fire TV customers as well as partnering with product managers, project managers, and other internal partners. A successful candidate will have strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life
Senior TPM's play a pivotal role in ensuring both product and engineering teams are ready to launch the next wave of customer centric features. You're day-day and week-week will revolve around the following:
- Significant cross-group coordination
- Demonstration of your ability to deeply understand platform and service technologies
- Influence of technical architecture/design decisions, advocating for exceptional user experiences
- Building and owning mechanisms to help teams deliver and communicate progress to leadership
About the team
The Fire TV Experience team are responsible for delivering programs supporting our product vision and roadmap as well as closely participating in supporting the overall Fire TV Devices roadmap. This includes but is not limited to:
Fire TV Experience:
- Core Customer Experience (User Interface, Information Architecture, and UX components)
- Content Discovery areas like Search, Personalization, Catalog and more
- Sysapps (OOBE & Settings) improve customer on-boarding experience, settings, parental control, cloud release notes, keyboard and more
Devices (Supporting Role):
- First Party Devices like Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube,
- Third Party Devices Fire TV Edition in partnerships with various ODMs and OEMs
International (Supporting Role):
- Country Expansion
- Alexa Language Internationalization
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
