You have a strong passion for operational excellence and are an expert at balancing the needs of customers and scaling systems. You mentor others and improve the engineering culture of the team.
Join our team and take the lead in shaping how Amazon validates and tests shopping experiences on the mobile app and web. You'll establish the testing tools and services that every Store developer will use for the next decade, leaving an indelible mark on the future of e-commerce.
About the team
We have the autonomy to decide where we can have the most impact and get down to building. Our projects are born from the ground up and engineers are encouraged to pitch ideas and lead them to completion. Our primary mission is to enhance the app-wide shopping experiences: We use our expertise in mobile native development, React Native, and open source tooling to uncover opportunities to improve customer experience across the app. We move fast by validating prototypes and running experiments. We quickly reject ideas that don’t work and double down on the ones that do.
