We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to own full funnel performance strategy for Fire TV Display Ad products. This opportunity puts you in the driver’s seat of two of Amazon’s scaled and fastest growing businesses - Fire TV and Advertising. In this role, you'll sit at the center of the generational shift from broadcast to connected TV, giving advertisers access to the scaled global reach of Fire TV and unlocking capabilities that only Amazon can offer. As a Product Manager for the full funnel Display Advertising, you will work with Data Scientists, Sales, Engineering and other Product teams to develop strategies and solutions to drive improvements in advertiser conversion through Fire TV’s Ad offerings. You are highly data driven with strong analytical skills. You are relentlessly proactive, working backwards from both external advertiser customers and Fire TV end-users to deliver performant Fire TV advertising solutions through delightful and innovative on-device experiences. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking a lead on developing and driving strategic investments for Fire TV advertising solutions on behalf of our advertiser customers, diving deep into complex data to understand customer journey and on-device user behavior. You're able to quickly root cause friction points that hinder the end-users' ability to perform downstream actions on their device. You use data to make informed decisions and to formulate an end-to-end strategy to improve funnel conversion through seamless and delightful end-user experiences. You thrive in ambiguity and love the diversity of work that comes with an all-hands-on-deck approach. This role will define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions.

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Product Manager - Technical on the Fire TV Advertising team, you will be responsible for launching and improving highly visible advertising products on the Fire TV experience. You will be responsible for making it easier for users to find new content, and discover new products and services. You will need to Think Big to build innovative ad experiences that are both engaging and useful to users, while meeting advertiser goals. You will succeed in these endeavors by combining your business and product management acumen, analytical skills, and technical abilities, with your skills in listening, learning, communicating and driving consensus on end-user CX changes across a diverse group of stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
- Experience in Ad-tech systems including Ad measurement, KPI-based optimization systems
- Experience managing consumer-facing digital Customer Experiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
