We are seeking a proven, well-rounded Sr. Product Manager to own and drive strategic projects critical to the North American Stores business. We are a team of product managers, engineers and data scientists that define, launch, and scale new products and features that impact top line and bottom line for North America and other marketplaces around the world.

We seek a candidate that is highly analytical, adaptable and enjoys the intellectual challenge associated with learning, launching and evolving new business models. A successful candidate will have previously managed complex initiatives, delivered successful projects in partnership with engineering and science, managed deadlines and risks across multiple teams, and communicated effectively to cross-functional stakeholder teams and leadership.


Key job responsibilities
As a Sr Product Manager, you are an expert problem solver that can apply product management techniques across many domains including sourcing, logistics, pricing, selection and others to define business requirements and manage project execution from conception to launch. You will have the opportunity to invent new products and features while working cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution. You thrive in ambiguity, have great business acumen and instincts, and exceptional judgment and intuition.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
