Inclusive Experiences and Technology’s (IXT) is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Operations to make things easier for stakeholders, drive strategic planning and develop robust operational processes, support successful organizational scaling and operational efficiency, while having fun in the process. You will lead and support programs and initiatives across IXT and collaborate with other central teams within PXT.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage long-range and annual planning cadence which operationalizes our strategy into actionable programs and initiatives.
• Lead the business cadence for IXT in partnership with PXT leadership including running and improving mechanisms to set, manage and track goals, and ensure accountability for results.
• Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for IXT leadership.
• Develop new mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Serve as program manager for key projects, driving the strategic vision and project execution forward.
• Create mechanisms to connect and align goals upstream to Amazon and downstream within Amazon.
• Partner with the Program Managers across IXT to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
