This position requires strong self-motivation and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with technology to develop automated solutions for complex international problems. This position will be part of the International Expansion strategy and technology team which has global responsibility. We are looking for a product leader who has the ability to define the vision, communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across business, UX, and engineering, and lead a team of Product leaders to deliver on the vision. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving cross-border/ cross-regional problems. You will tackle novel, challenging situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple product and technical teams at Amazon in different locations.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
· Identifying international challenges for all aspects of Amazon's businesses
· Own the product and tech roadmap to improve Cross-border experience and capabilities, and lead a team of Product leaders and UX designers to deliver on the roadmap
· Think big and invent new ways to improve experience for Amazon's international customer
· Contributing to Amazon’s bottom line
· Working with stakeholders partners to provide compliant solutions
· Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support
· Driving results by exercising judgment using available information
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, users, engineers, and business leaders in developing, delivering and executing on product vision
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- MBA
- Experience in conducting primary/secondary User Research, experimenting and scaling UX experiments, and managing a UX team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
