The Enterprise Payments team provides working capital and payment acceptance solutions, including our flagship Pay By Invoice (PBI) product, to Amazon Business customers worldwide. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, and we aim to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use.

You will be responsible for developing a range of customer-facing content to help drive awareness, education, and engagement with business audiences in various lifecycles. In this role, you will develop customer-focused messaging and assets that include case studies, white papers, product guides, how-to videos, events, and more. You will define the right message, at the right time, to bring awareness to new tech products and services, and to encourage Amazon Business customers to use Pay by Invoice for their business purchasing.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer, who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. If you have experience in payments or fintech product marketing, and/or content marketing with an analytical, data driven approach, this is a great role for you.

Key job responsibilities
• Craft messaging frameworks and value proposition statements for our payments offerings
• Build and manage the activation of engaging content such as podcasts, videos, thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, and more, tailored to the specific needs and challenges in B2B Payments and Procure-to-Pay experience
• Stay deeply immersed in industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B Payments and Procure-to-Pay, to ensure content remains relevant and valuable to our target audience
• Lead the production of educational content that improves our customer experience and their ability to engage with our products
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across sales, product, and marketing organizations
• Engage with international teams to scale product marketing content globally
• Work closely with marketing managers to integrate features and capabilities into digital campaigns and go-to-market programs
• Manage measurement and reporting for product marketing programs and campaigns for regular reviews.
• Analyze program performance data and identify opportunities for improvement or investment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience developing content and marketing strategies for a financial services product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
