As a Senior Tech Business Developer on the DAPP team, you will program manage the development and launch of our display ad products and offerings across multiple International market segments. You will work with local sales and business stakeholders across multiple countries to identify advertising customers interested in connected tv advertising. To increase advertiser adoption, you will regularly demo the product, gather and channel customer feedback to the product teams. You will also develop and execute the long term strategy for supporting a growing set of advertisers, across multiple international market segments. Regularly communicate with senior management and other stakeholders on status, risks and release readiness. This is a highly visible program across multiple organizations where you will have the opportunity to have a huge impact.

5+ years experience in program or project management or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
5+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
