We are looking for a dynamic teammate to join our team and drive a new initiatives that seeks to establish Operational Excellence and Efficiency standards and framework for business intelligence professionals. You are an action-oriented experienced technical program manager with a track-record of driving process improvements and full-cycle program management from conception and design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. You are a strong written communicator who leads doc writing and mechanism delivery. You will partner with leaders to execute on existing mechanisms and build new approaches and service-delivery implementation plans for products and services. You will drive development of new processes and tools across engineering teams. You are a master organizer, thrive in fast-paced agile working environments, enjoy finding simple and fast solutions amid complex situations, and have exacting attention to detail.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
