The IX Manager will lead and execute change programs to deliver cross-functional and cultural integration for acquisitions during the immediate post-close period and develop programmatic efforts to provide continuously improving acquired employee engagement opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver change management tactics for acquisitions during an acquisition’s post-close period
- Create and deliver effective communications materials and communications strategies
- Create and deliver effective training and training strategies with cross-functional teams
- Influence, advise, and lead senior leadership at Amazon and acquired companies
- Design and launch adoption metrics
- Travel up to 30% of the time (domestic/ international)
About the team
The mission of the CorpDev Integration team is to lead Amazon and acquired teams through the definition and enablement of the acquisition rationale and acquired business growth. Integration Experience Managers support this mission by focusing on the acquired employee's experience post-close through delivering change management tactics to adopt integration changes and, as appropriate, learn Amazon's ways-of-working and culture.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of complex cross-functional change management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience writing strategy documents for executive audiences with clear recommendations in the midst of ambiguity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of management consulting, strategy, technology, venture capital, or a related industry experience
- Experience in post-close integration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
