This role is part of risk based verifications within SPIV (Selling Partner Identity Verifications) team which will focus on identifying and removing sophisticated bad actors involved in identity and supply chain abuse while protecting good selling partners and their businesses from bad actors. This is an IC (Individual contributor) role requiring both Mandarin and English language proficiency. In this role, you will drive a challenging new roadmap to improve Seller experience by removing the bad actors and reducing their impact proactively. The role has its own case load for investigating emerging risky behaviors and resolve high severity escalations. You will collaborate with multiple teams and own goals to detect bad actors before they bypass our risk detection mechanisms and attain a selling partner status. Sound understanding of Program management, Compliance, Six Sigma green belt/black belt is a plus
Key job responsibilities
- You will leverage your understanding of Risk and Project management in high risk, high judgement environment to drive large-scale efforts, you will translate high level requirements into straight-forward solutions, often inventing new ones.
- Drive Director level goals leading to fraud prevention, customer experience and efficiency improvement
- Create strong business case for new proposals, policy changes, Tech interventions. In process, address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders and internal partners
- Operate within a culture of escalate and debate
- Support in working with other product and program managers globally to identify and influence development of new products, features, and functionality
- Coordinate with Program, product managers, across ops, tech, product, and leadership teams to identify operational and seller requirements.
- Document detailed business requirements and work with tech/product partners for product development.
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and management across our organization via flash, reviews, launches including identifying potential bottlenecks, overlapping work areas or other project risks
- Engage with both internal and external customers to gather feedback, onboard to new programs, and ensure the highest quality of support
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
