Key job responsibilities
- Lead the program scaling best practice in growing high-potential vendors, creating comprehensive growth plans to maximize their success on Amazon.
- Drive end-to-end program management for strategic growth initiatives, including deal structures and performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify untapped opportunities in the toys and entertainment space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Finance, Vendor Management and Operations teams.
- Create and execute detailed program roadmaps, including milestone tracking, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Analyze program performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Proven track record of driving business growth through vendor partnerships.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics,experience or strong passion for toys, entertainment, and/or Anime.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
