Help us revolutionize the way customers shop for groceries? Worldwide Grocery Stores is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of services that enable seamless Pickup, Returns, and Cross-Program Shopping across our Worldwide Grocery portfolio, including Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, Amazon Go, and our Grocery Partners. You will also get to work directly with multiple tech teams inside and outside of the Worldwide Grocery organization to develop new grocery shopping formats, continuously innovating and experimenting to deliver unparalleled convenience and reliability for our customers.

A day in the life
As a Product Manager, there may not be a typical day. One day you may be presenting to VP/SVP leaders. The next day deep diving a customer anecdote to find root cause in response to an escalation. What is constant will be the goals that you and your business stakeholders set for your area of ownership. It will be up to you, your tech partners, and business stakeholders to define a path to success.

About the team
The Omnichannel product management team consists of five senior or principal product managers who work with their stakeholders, UX partners, and engineering and quality teams to build better experiences. The team is among five product teams in the broader CX grocery product organization, comprised of senior managers, product managers, and UX designers improving the grocery shopping experience for Amazon customers. We collaborate with the program business teams, fulfillment operations, delivery, and customer service teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
