The Catalog Authorization team ensures that all data entering Amazon's catalog comes from qualified sources and is non-abusive. While protecting the customer purchasing experience and the brand experience, we aim to balance the selling partner experience and minimize friction. We provide clear paths to resolution and appeal.


Key job responsibilities
- Represent and advocate for the Seller Experience to stakeholders launching protections against catalog abuse.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive task list covering all preparatory steps across departments, ensuring each team is accountable for their deliverables.
- Lead the development and delivery of seller education initiatives to ease the transition.
- Collaborate with operations teams to design clear Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring alignment with new product controls and anticipated seller interactions.
- Collect and analyze contact metrics to track the impact of new policies, identifying any needed adjustments post-launch.


A day in the life
We're seeking a Program Manager to help us deliver outstanding standards for the seller experience. This leader will drive the implementation of new policies to mitigate abuse and drive cross-functional collaboration with global teams, such as product, tech, legal, and operational teams. They will deliver on comprehensive launch plans, including timelines and risk management strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
