Key job responsibilities
You must be able to:
- Execute and track end-to-end operational analysis programs which result in impactful Seller Experience enhancements.
- Drive studies across multiple product lines, manage data collection, analyze data, make recommendations, and present results to senior management worldwide.
- Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.
- Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions to improve processes.
- Lead needs analysis activities to drive insights that ensure that the experiences we create will best support our Seller's success and engagement.
- Understand the impact of business decisions on the seller experience to drive appropriate collaboration and engagement
- Understand customer (internal and external) needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and make tradeoffs, balancing selling partner and specialist needs versus technical, program, or operational constraints.
A day in the life
As an SPSSI Program Manager, you will leverage satisfaction data and signals, partner with our data and research team, and lead engagement with stakeholders to build better experiences for our Selling Partners. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational intelligence, exceptional ability to build trust, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-team projects. You are self-motivated, solutions-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and innovative in developing best-in-class programs to guide the evolution of our strategy to enable, empower, and engage our Selling Partners.
About the team
Within Amazon, Selling Partner Service's (SPS) goal is to enable third-party Sellers of any size by helping them build the business they want. In the Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team, we define, implement, and enforce quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for Selling Partners worldwide.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
