CIS designs, plan, builds, maintains and deprecates the infrastructure in all corporate offices worldwide. This includes running Amazon’s corporate campus & building infrastructure worldwide. What is the role: Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supporting a high performing operations organization in IT? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Program Manager to ensure the seamless functioning of our organization through robust business processes, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this critical role, you’ll act as the linchpin for regular business reviews, financial planning, and operational reporting. Partnering with teams across the IT Services organization, you’ll lead recurring line-of-business activities in the Office Infrastructure Management org, including Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR), annual financial planning, and goal-setting reviews. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency, transparency, and strategic alignment of our IT services.

Key job responsibilities
• Business Reviews: Facilitate and manage the cadence of WBR, MBR, and QBR processes, ensuring actionable insights and alignment across teams. This includes; driving the cadence and content for business, operational, and strategic reviews.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline recurring line-of-business activities, enhancing communication and decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other IT Services teams to align strategies, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Goal Planning: Establish, monitor and facilitate progress of all organisational goals and targets.
• Identify and prioritize the working list of cross group collaboration opportunities.
• Lead the annual planning process such as RoTB and Goal Planning, and headcount allocation
• Set and drive regular cadence of communications to various stakeholders including internal team members and external audiences
• Responsible for communications of key initiatives across staff leaders.
• Drive staff meeting agendas and manage follow-up actions.
• Manage agendas/topics for staff meetings, strategic off-sites, and other important reviews.
• Prepare updates and business reviews with executive leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
