You will own building the right mechanisms to measure user sentiment and experience through in-product ongoing feedback loops, defining and continuously refining the right user experience (UX) based on customer feedback, developing learning materials and micro trainings that will be available in-product, and deploying self-service product help and support through LLM.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end user experience, including CX design, product messaging, and marketing strategy for products
• Implement and manage user feedback mechanisms, continuously refine UX, and develop in-product learning materials and self-service support
• Define product strategy, execute roadmap, and align development with business goals while collaborating across functions
• Lead customer engagement, measure user sentiment, and ensure products meet the needs of 1.5 million Amazonian users
• Drive innovation, stay current with industry trends, and mentor team members while fostering a customer-centric culture
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
