Key job responsibilities
• Design beautiful, useful, and desirable user interfaces and experiences in a team environment
• Leverage templates to create process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, and other written and visual artifacts to effectively communicate high-level design strategies.
• Quickly iterate on user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications with Design, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
• Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Leverage templates to create and refine sample dialog interactions and language model training data
• Work with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize new and existing features, and processes
• Present design work with partners for review and feedback
• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.
A day in the life
In this role, a UX Designer will work closely with design, product, research, engineering, and other teams across Amazon Music and Amazon to iterate on new and existing experiences that delight customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of experience delivering design solutions as a UX designer, Voice designer, and/or Interaction designer.
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with Figma and other prototyping tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
