Fire TV is loved by tens of millions of customers worldwide. We are looking for product leader for complex developer and customer experiences. In this role, you will specifically work to improve the customer experience on Fire TV by solving "0 to 1" problems across teams. Problems will be complex from a developer and customer perspective requiring work through UX, operational process, legal and regulatory challenges, and technical challenges. You will have the opportunity to ‘think around corners’ to help develop the business strategy and product vision, lead the definition and development of critical features and user experiences.

Key job responsibilities
• Defining the product vision, animating that product vision for stakeholders, and bringing the vision to life
• Solving complex problems that span both developers and customers
• Owning end to end programs, delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Scaling programs globally, understanding and factoring in local customer preferences
• Constructing mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood and acted on
• Be a subject matter expert and use that expertise to influence programs across Fire TV stakeholders and partners
• Define creative, high quality, long term product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision

A day in the life
You will be the a key problem solver on Fire TV, supporting unique '0 to 1' problem spaces that are new to Fire TV. The remit is global, and there is immediate customer-facing impact. This role is a good fit for someone creative, technical, process oriented who has strong customer focus, and is data driven.

The Fire TV Customer Experience team owns the Fire TV customer experience. From the home page UI to the services that drive it. We work cross-functionally across a variety of teams including engineering, marketing, legal, ads, and our hardware development teams to deliver the best possible experience to millions of customers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
