We seek an experienced and entrepreneurial Principal Product Manager – Technical with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences and you enjoy the thrill of experimentation, optimization, and close collaboration across a diverse stakeholder group. The Pre-Owned CX Principal Product Manager will own defining and driving the Amazon pre-owned customer experience product vision and roadmap across the end-to-end customer journey. The role will work across multiple business, design, product, and engineering teams to develop foundational shopping experiences, including inspiration, discovery, evaluation, detail page optimization, pricing, purchasing, personalization, and more. The role is inherently high visibility and will work closely with partners in this exciting pre-owned space across the company to accelerate and amplify our shared investments and drive global customer impact.


Key job responsibilities
• Defining a CX vision for the pre-owned shopping experience in partnership with UX design and pre-owned business teams developing an actionable product roadmap, and identifying and influencing product/engineering teams to run experiments
• Driving ideation and management of a portfolio of experiments, some that span multiple teams and shopping experiences, and some that dive deep in one CX area
• Leveraging your high judgment to prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with design teams to scope design effort, set/track goals and triage priorities across product/engineering teams
• Utilizing your varied background and skillsets to dive deep with designers on UX decisions and drive technical conversations with engineering partners to create roadmap planning
• Developing and driving mechanisms with senior leaders on the progress of the CX work and areas where support is needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Proven ability to earn trust with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
