Key job responsibilities
* Manage performance of standardized schema, data specifications and performance metrics for data delivery to agencies to set expectations on behalf of MODE Product with multiple agencies
* Complete new data onboarding for current and future roadmap of RAFT for reporting and measurement with agencies across multiple holding companies
* Input into 3rd party measurement provider data standardization to generate brand performance metrics to optimization for attention and brand goals.
* Partner with MODE Science and Product team to implement the data support needed for media team test and learn plans to support leveraging RAFT tool and enhancing media performance and insights.
A day in the life
- Work cross functionally with the RAFT science and product team to prioritize needs of media stakeholders and track progress
- Identify ways to simplify user process in tool and functionality with engineers
- Project manage 3rd party brand lift study and quality metric partners across attention, etc
About the team
Global Media Data Standards team at MODE prioritizes the standardization of our naming of campaigns, digital data naming and draws upon media knowledge for governing automated data needed for global systems and tools
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with brand strategy

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
