We are seeking a talented marketer to manage onsite merchandising, execute evergreen and seasonal campaigns, design graphic assets, conduct A/B tests, and measure impact on customer behaviors (e.g., purchase frequency, new program sign-ups). You will work closely with all Exports business and tech functions, including Customer Experience, Country Management, Selection, and Delivery Experience. You will also be responsible for building marketing solutions that can scale globally.
Key job responsibilities
• Produce and deliver graphics to be displayed on Amazon.com storefront customized by destination
• Plan & execute customer facing onsite merchandising campaigns and seasonal events content calendar
• Apply design principles that help drive successful design
• Communicate design rationale in a clear, respectful and open, fluent manner across stakeholders.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines
• Analyze content/traffic metrics performance, and share results and learnings in weekly, monthly, and quarterly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
• Serve as subject matter expert on merchandising tools and widgets
• Partner with Business, Product, Tech Teams and global marketing teams to align marketing strategies and business priorities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce design
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- An online portfolio or samples of design work demonstrating digital marketing, retail merchandising, and visual design
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
- Strong understanding of design process, specifically production design
- Experience with design principles, typography, layout, and grid structures
- Experience with Figma and other image-optimizing applications to create online user experiences
- Experience with site merchandising, onsite CX optimization, and CMS (content management software) tools
- Experience with targeting, segmentation, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and measurement
- A creative and analytical mind that thrives in a data-driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Successful program execution in matrixed environments with many stakeholders and dependencies
- Experience in global marketing, ideally managing geographically diverse customer segments through a central team setup

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
