Key job responsibilities
• Lead the product marketing team to execute the CE Marketing 2025 operational plan
• Track, measure and report on channel results, contributing to business reviews regularly
• Present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Work with partner teams to develop strategic partnerships for CE brands through merchandizing strategies to drive enjoyable customer shopping journeys
• Identify customer insights and leverage data to optimize marketing strategies and performance
• Oversee branded product activations and category marketing flips that generate customer excitement and sales.
• Lead high-impact seasonal events and "high velocity" sales periods like Prime Day and Black Friday
• Partner with tech teams to enhance the customer shopping experiences

The CE Marketing team is represented by "M in the DREAM organization moniker. DREAM stands for US Deals, Amazon Renewed, Entertainment (Home Entertainment and Video Games) and CE Marketing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
- Master's degree in an analytics field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
