Key job responsibilities
As a key leader in US Global Selling, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire US2EU New Seller Recruitment (NSR) operation, leading a team of 20 across three locations to drive ambitious growth targets. You will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders worldwide to ensure the success of North American sellers expanding into Europe, focusing on sales excellence including demand generation, lead prioritization, pipeline management and post launch success. Your ability to extract insights from working with a diverse group of sellers including brand owners and resellers and teams will be crucial in refining our program and product roadmap, driving continuous improvements in seller recruitment and cross-border expansion. Beyond short-term execution, you will be expected to think and act as a business owner, leveraging data and insights to develop scalable, long-term solutions in partnership with program and product teams. With global expansion for NA sellers still in its early stages, this role is pivotal in doubling the impact of cross-launch growth and selection within three years. Success in this role extends beyond delivering results—it requires investing in your team’s development while also identifying and proposing the next future scaling initiatives that will propel US Global Selling toward its $10B milestone.
A day in the life
Reporting directly to the Head of ARC Leader, you will lead the NSR team in recruiting sellers and driving sales growth in the EU marketplace. Your day will involve developing and executing sales strategies and operation, hiring and coaching a growing team, and collaborating with worldwide sales, product, and program leaders. You will deep dive into data to identify trends, optimize pipeline management, and build long-term growth initiatives. While travel is optional, you will leverage strong operational mechanisms to drive global success. A results-driven mindset, leadership in developing top talent, and a data-backed approach to decision-making are essential to scaling US seller success worldwide.
