The Selling Partner Services (SPS) team is looking for a Finance Manager for the Customer Trust (CT) org. The SPS organization employees over 20,000 employees who provide support to Amazon's Selling Partners while also ensuring that we protect Amazon customers from bad actors. This team would focus on ensuring selling partners are complaint with regulations, so we can identify and remove bad actors for entering Amazon. In this role, you will be the primary Finance support for two Directors. This includes headcount and expense forecasting and reporting for the organization. Additionally, you will drive global, cross-team decisions to help reduce costs, acting as the trusted finance advisor for the organization on complex, confidential projects, while maintaining a high quality of service for Amazon's Selling Partners and Customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Business, operation, and product teams, creating their goals and advising where they should be investing to drive automation, productivity, and other improvements across their organization
- Drive standardization and automation of planning and reporting processes across several organizations
- Analyze Opex variances vs. plan and provide insight to business partners including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations
- Partner with Senior Leaders (Senior Managers and Directors) in the business, product and operations to tackle ad-hoc request like launching a new program, making trade-off decisions, and driving conversations on Down Stream Impacts and Return on Investment.
- Support internal customer groups in all finance matters including budgeting, forecasting and financial controls
- Support Business on confidential projects related to Bad Actors that span across Amazon
- Support business on projects to improve Seller Experience while ensure we remain complaint with regulations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of finance work with progressively increasing levels of responsibility experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Are enrolled in or have completed a full-time MBA program
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market.
