This individual will be a trusted partner and resource for our team leader and the senior leadership team supporting a wide array of projects, strategic initiatives, and tactical mechanisms. The central objective of the Global Corporate Employee Relations at Amazon team is to ensure our organization’s treatment of every employee is fair, respectful, and consistent with our core business values, policies and objectives as we Strive to be Earth’s Best Employer. The position provides lead EA support for, and reports directly to the Director, Global Corporate Employee Relations, GCER while also supporting the Director, GCER-AWS. The individual must be based in Seattle, Washington where both Directors are also located. This is a full-time position that could require very limited travel, 5% of the time over the course of the year.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems with advanced knowledge of Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience working in a global role with stakeholders from multiple regions
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion and decorum
- Experience with work space planning/management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
