Responsibilities for this position include the ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively.

Provide seamless support to the Vice President and leadership team to support organizational priorities
Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support VP leader, working across multiple locations
Manage domestic and international travel
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities
Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on existing items
Work closely with the leadership team to provide seamless support to the group using real-time prioritization of business activities.
Support and, at times, manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests.
Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with our most critical external partners.

Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with VP or higher support
- 6+ years of executive assistant experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with domestic and international travel coordination.
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
