Key job responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable and secure components of centralized data portal, ensuring high performance and reliability
* Integrate real-time data with other services for workflow automation
* Collaborate with team to create intuitive UI and user experiences that facilitate seamless data exploration, interaction and automation
* Keeping your finger on the pulse of the constantly evolving and growing data processing and data lake field
* Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices related to data engineering and AI-driven Business Intelligence solutions
* Conduct scalability and performance testing to ensure the data portal can handle large volumes of data and concurrent user interactions efficiently
* Integrate the data portal with external systems, APIs, and data sources to facilitate seamless data ingestion, transformation, and integration.

About the team
CADE (Centralized Analytics and Data Engineering) in Trustworthy Shopping Experience brings together best practices, BI technology, data innovation and science to drive the overall POE and TSE data metrics, infrastructure, data products, AI solutions, and automated insights for our customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
- Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
