Support a vendor management team in managing, inspecting, approving and reporting on the high volume of invoices for one of the the largest Immigration and relocation programs nationally. Manage transitions between invoicing processes. Work with the functional leaders to build scalable financial processes and business metrics. Assist in strategic operational planning process addressing identified risks and opportunities for business team.

Key job responsibilities
Manage invoices. Write systems queries to gather finance data and perform data-mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, Cognos/Essbase and SQL.

Review, inspect and approve invoices. Create reports to the business teams. Support projects optimizing invoicing processes. Conduct ledger reviews with vendors. Analyze rate cards supporting contracting with service providers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $32.12/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $68.65/hr in our highest geographic market.
