The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the Worldwide Prime team. Key job responsibilities
• Order and maintain office supply levels.
• Complete and file expense reports.
• Plan logistics for meetings and events of various sizes.
• Create and maintain team organization charts.
• Assist with space planning.
• Provide back-up calendaring support.
• Collaborate closely with departmental Executive Assistant (EA) peers.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Suggest process improvements to make the team more effective.

The WW Prime Team has a goal of being the Earth’s largest and most loved membership program. We are responsible for overall program positioning, pricing and marketing; building and launching program benefits, features and new locales as well as member acquisition and retention programs. We are focused on growing and innovating the Prime program for our customers and enhancing the premium benefits that enable our customers to shop, watch, listen and read with ease.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Are 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
