This role is pivotal in synchronizing efforts across channel owners, campaign planning, marketing operations, and analytics teams. You ensure ad campaigns align with marketing targets, collaborate effectively to optimize creative and channel strategies, and partner with analytics to interpret performance data, driving campaign adjustments.
You’re logistical and meticulous with details, creating tracking IDs, campaign IDs, and vanity URLs for each asset for every campaign. Hyper organized, you track each asset and ID through Adobe Analytics, monitoring performance and sharing data with channel executor owners to optimize performance. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of ad serving platforms. You’re curious about evolving ad and DCO technologies and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the table. You collaborate seamlessly with campaign planning teams to set up assets and landing pages. You work hand-in-hand with channel execution owners to ensure channels are configured accurately to achieve ambitious campaign objectives. Your role is essential in maintaining the flow and delivery of advertising campaigns, delivering a quality journey for prospective candidates.
You are a data expert, focused on the analysis and reporting aspects of digital advertising. You collect and interpret data from various sources to provide insights into campaign performance, audience behavior, and asset and inventory utilization. As a specialist, you create reports that help channel owners and leadership teams understand what's working and what's not, enabling data-driven decisions. You have a strong background in analytics tools and are skilled at translating complex data sets into actionable recommendations. Like all Amazonians, you are a strong writer, and effectively communicate well-thought hypotheses, proposed plans, and measurement frameworks with marketing teams and non-marketing leadership.
Join us on our relentless pursuit of attracting and hiring the best talent, and be part of a team that is redefining the future of recruitment marketing through precision, agility, and a candidate-obsessed approach.
