Key job responsibilities
This position will be focused on the recruitment and development of Amazon Sellers with Handmade products into the FBA program, and optimizing fulfillment capabilities. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers of prospective and existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create compelling Amazon solutions that drive Seller’s Amazon growth.
A day in the life
In this role you will manage a sales pipeline on a daily basis - reaching out to existing Amazon Sellers via phone and email to educate on the benefits of FBA. Once committed you will train and consult the Sellers to better optimize their fulfillment capabilities and be self-sufficient in the future.
About the team
You will be joining a sub-team of FBA Sales devoted to enrolling Handmade products. This sub-team is part of the greater Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team (~50 Account Representatives) within US 3P Business. The organization's overarching charge is helping Amazon 3P Sellers more effectively sell and ship their products on Amazon.com.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
