BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of engineering team experience, with 3+ years in people management
- A bachelor's degree and a passion for lifelong learning
- Proven expertise in architecting scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- A knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
- The ability to build and nurture high-performing teams
- A track record of successful project delivery in fast-paced environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with infrastructure management and deployment automation
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise telephony systems
- A history of cross-team collaboration and boundary-pushing innovation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
