Amazon Stores Talent Intelligence Team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Talent Intelligence Manager to join our organization. You will see a size and scale of challenge that you may never have witnessed in your career to date. You will often be faced with problems that will leave you looking for data / answers in areas of uncertainty


Key job responsibilities
• Act as trusted advisor to senior Business Leaders and senior HR Leaders on talent insights to help the business make intelligent workforce decisions
• Use a variety of research tools to drive research across multiple markets, functions, businesses, or industries as appropriate
• Partner with Amazon businesses to incorporate key talent trends into business or operations strategies
• Tell the story. They will build a programmatic talent intelligence reviews to articulate headwinds and tailwinds across their business area, as well as actions to counteract.
• Measure Impact and Costs. This person will utilize both internal and external economic data to build their insights and recommendation and will need to do so at the right value to Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing complex talent intelligence projects or programs with multiple cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
