A day in the life
The Primitives teams identify the largest rocks – business and technical blockers that surface within Rubicon, that, when resolved, unlock initiative success.
By working backwards from large deals, we identify repeatable problems, build solutions, run pilots to resolve the blocker, and then scale these solutions rest of AWS.
Primitives provide strategic perspectives aligned to opportunities including blockers and enablers that, when addressed, can be replicated to accelerate deals (e.g., PPA in ITO Deals). Read more in Andy Jassy’s 2023 shareholder letter.
