The ideal candidate has 7-12 years of experience within global consulting organizations, tackling organizational change and talent transformation challenges posed by enterprise cloud transformations and future of work. They should have knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, analytical skills, and experience implementing talent strategies and models. The candidate should have experience partnering with senior customer/partner executives and a customer-focused mindset. Judgement, influence skills, and the ability to advocate well-informed positions are critical. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex workforce problems with growth impact.
25-40% travel may be required.
Key job responsibilities
• Create future cloud and talent strategies with strategic consulting partners of AWS
• Create tailored strategies focused on organizational structures, cloud/AI-enabled operating models, migration and modernization delivery, talent transformation, and change management
• Bring perspectives on unique incentives and performance management for future business and IT cloud talent
• Implement complex workforce programs and influence senior partner executives
• Build short and long-term plans to optimize workforce enablement across business and IT organizations
• Collaborate with Training & Certification team to create tailored learning and enablement plans specific to partner’s scope of work and skills needs
• Ability to program manage complex multi-year talent transformations
• Identify and enable best practices to execute workforce transformation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of talent/workforce/change management experience
- Driving organizational change in global tech consulting or IT infrastructure outsourcing
- Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and change management
- Strong facilitation, communication, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
- Experience with sales partnerships and consulting commercial models
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into workforce models that drive business outcomes
- Experience with virtualization segment and IT transformation analysis is highly desired
- Experience working with global sales and partner organizations
- MBA or equivalent relevant business experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
