As an AWS To-Partner Marketing Manager, you will manage, scale, and deploy a marketing strategy for our AWS Specialization Partners. You will design and deliver integrated marketing materials, events, and campaign plans to support program goals and effectively project manage the efforts through multiple marketing channels, including events, website, online, email, social media, paid media, etc. You will work with Field and Partner Marketing teams to develop and manage global campaign plans. You will develop and manage marketing events and campaigns to reach, engage, and nurture a wide range of customers, internal teams, and partners globally.
The AWS To-Partner Marketing Manager will partner with AWS Marketing Teams, Global & Regional Partner Marketing teams, Public Relations (PR), Analysts Relations (AR), Partner Sales and Segment teams, Global Events, and the AWS Partner organization to market and drive awareness of AWS Specialization programs worldwide.

The AWS To-Partner Marketing Manager can effectively influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and deploy measurable marketing programs and events designed to raise internal awareness and external global brand recognition and converting awareness to AWS and Partner-originated leads and opportunities.
• Lead program positioning with AWS media, PR, AR, Sales, and Business Development, and Event teams.
• Provide event planning and support that helps ensure continuous partner integration across AWS-led and AWS Specialization events.
• Create positioning, messaging, web content, and documentation in conjunction with the APN, Partner Marketing, and Events teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, including goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels.
• Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize conversion using data.
• Build relationships and earn trust with global and local marketing, Partner, and regional stakeholders to localize, scale, and support global programs and initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders – field marketing, global field marketing operations, marketing automation, and global marketing teams.
- Understanding of marketing data analytics principles, practices, tools (e.g. Adobe Experience and Creative suite including Acrobat, Analytics, Photoshop), and basic forecasting and tracking skills in Excel.
- Ability to develop best-in-class marketing assets and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
